One of my favorite foods are esquites. Esquites are a bowl with corn,mayonnaise, some kind of chili powder, and cotija cheese sometimes you can see people adding hot cheetos or Takis to them.Esquites are originated from Mexico.Esquites are very popular in Mexico you can see people on the streets selling them. When I was younger I would always say I didn't like esquites because I refused to try them until my mom brought some home from my grandma's house and I couldn't help the good smell they had so I ended up trying them and falling inlove with them.
